Can I get an appointment outside of your regular working hours?

If you are unable to make an appointment during my regular working hours, I do offer out of hours appointments on weekends or later times for weekdays, subject to my availability. However, please note that there may be an additional cost for these appointments. If you are interested in scheduling an out of hours appointment, please feel free to contact me via WhatsApp.

What’s your availability usually like?

The Clinic is busy and usually booked a month in advance. So look at my booking link to see my available slots.

Can you guarantee I’ll get pregnant?

I wish I could guarantee that you will get pregnant. Nothing would make me happier, but it is in the Hands of Allah. I CAN however, guarantee that I will be using effective techniques to significantly improve your chances of success. I have seen these techniques work for so many of my clients.

How many treatments will I need?

This is always dependent on your diagnostics. However, a typical treatment plan is as follows:

Treatment: stage 1
Aim to get your uterus healthy - wait for 2/3 periods before next treatment

Treatment stage 2

Aim to get a strong ovulation - wait 2/3 periods before next treatment

Treatment stage 3
Aim to remove any blockages

It usually takes about 2/3 periods to see changes in the body and to be ready for the next stage. Though the plan may be shortened depending on how your body responds, each stage may have to be repeated a few times, depending on what is being treated. Pregnancies can happen at each stage.

Does the cupping treatment hurt?

During the first treatment I perform dry cupping. I massage beforehand, so the body is relaxed and the cupping is not painful. Also, there’s no blood drawn out on the first treatment, so please don’t be worried.

Give it a go – you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.

When should I book my appointment for?

When treating for fertility, the best time for treatment depends on the regularity of your periods. Please note that regular periods doesn’t mean that they come every month. If you have an idea of when your next period is due, please book accordingly.

Regular periods
If you have regular periods your appointment should be booked between cycle day 5-13. The start of your period is cycle day 1. You can be treated up until day 19 of your cycle. However, day 5-13 is most ideal for fertility treatment.

Irregular periods / PCOS
If you have irregular periods and you are not sure of when your period is likely to come, your first treatment can be booked at any time. The initial aim will be to get your periods regulated.

Period pain / Endometritis

If you want to reduce your pain and you are not planning to get pregnant, then the best time for treatment is around the time of ovulation between cycle day 14-21.

If you want to get pregnant, between cycle day 5-13 is most ideal for fertility treatment.

Ovulation / General womb dysfunction

Treatment can be done at any time. However, its preferable for you not to be on your period.

Back Pain, Migraines, Digestive issues (IBS)

Treatment can be done at any time. However, its preferable for you not to be on your period.

Can you explain your protocol for a healthy uterus and how it differs from the TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) weekly protocol?

My aim is to help you achieve a healthy uterus by balancing your hormones, regulating your periods, and increasing the flow of oxygen, blood, and energy to your womb. This may involve clearing out your uterus to better support and maintain a pregnancy. Typically, it takes a few menstrual cycles to see a change in the endometrial lining.

Although I am familiar with the TCM weekly protocol, I have developed my own approach that has been highly effective in improving the health of my clients' uteruses. I have found that this protocol produces results more quickly than the traditional approach. Typically, treatments every 2-3 periods are sufficient.

I believe that each practitioner has their own unique approach, and I do not compare myself to other services. However, the feedback I have received from my clients speaks to the success of my approach. If you feel that my services may benefit you, please book an appointment with me.

What is the difference between normal cupping (hijama) & your fertility treatment?

Normal cupping is a general form of cupping therapy that is used to treat various conditions such as pain & inflammation, often blood is drawn out (hijama)

The 3D fertility treatment is a combination of several fertility modalities, including fire cupping, acupuncture, and fertility massage. This technique is designed to provide a comprehensive approach to fertility treatment and address multiple factors that may be contributing to infertility.

Fire cupping, in particular, is believed to be particularly effective for improving fertility, as the heat can help to improve blood flow and stimulate the reproductive organs. This also stimulates the ovaries & uterus, to improve the endometrial lining.

In contrast, fertility cupping is a specialized form of cupping therapy that is specifically designed to improve fertility and increase the chances of conception. Fertility cupping involves the use of suction cups on specific points on the body, such as the lower abdomen and back, to improve blood flow to the reproductive organs.

I wanted to ask are there any patients that have used your services but unfortunately not been able to conceive?

Thank you for your interesting question, and I appreciate your curiosity about the success rates of holistic medicine for infertility.

It's important to acknowledge that every person's experience with infertility is unique, and there are numerous factors that can contribute to difficulty conceiving. While certain treatments and techniques have been shown to be effective for some people, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

In my experience, many individuals who seek out holistic medicine for infertility find it to be a beneficial complement to other approaches. However, success rates can vary greatly depending on factors such as the individual's specific diagnosis, their commitment to following the recommended protocol, and their overall health and lifestyle habits.

As a practitioner, I don't focus on success rates as much as I do on creating a personalized plan of care for each individual. If I were to give a percentage of success, many people may feel discouraged if they fall into the minority that does not achieve their desired outcome. Therefore, I prioritize the importance of having an open mind and working closely with a qualified practitioner to develop a personalized plan of care.

Ultimately, it's more productive to focus on the journey towards better health and well-being, rather than solely on success rates or specific outcomes. By approaching any treatment or healing modality as a collaborative effort between the individual and their therapist, individuals can better address their unique needs and circumstances.

I hope this information is helpful, and please feel free to what's app me if you have any additional questions.

Jazak Allahu Khayran.
